چکیده
This study evaluated the effects of selenium yeast (SY) on rumen fermentation parameters, bacterial diversity, and expression pathways in goats. A total 18 Qianbei-pockmarked weather goats from Guizhou (body weight, 25.75 ± 1.75 kg; mean standard deviation) were assigned to three groups according a completely randomized design. Control group (CON, n = 6) kids fed basal diet, while treatment 1 (LS, 2 (HS, diet with 2.4 4.8 mg/kg SY, respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 74 days. results indicated that ruminal fluid LS had significantly higher levels propionic, caproic, isobutyric, isovaleric acids than CON. butyric valeric HS acetate:propionate ratio was CON two treatments. In addition, inclusion SY can lead significant decrease relative abundances Euryarchaeota, Proteobacteria at phylum level compared groups. At genus level, abundance Methanobrevibacter Sarcina, whereas it could increase Clostridium other species bacterium_P3, bacterium_P201, Sarcina_sp._DSM_11001 Moreover, bacterium_P201 Compared CON, addition enriched carbohydrate metabolism gene encoding. Additionally, receiving showed upregulation glycosyl transferase binding module pathways. These suggest dietary supplementation modulates affects microbial diversity metagenome

Investigating the Effects of Cadmium on Rumen Microbial Fermentation and Nutrient Digestibility Using Gas Production
Effects of different levels of cadmium (0.1, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 mg/l of culture medium) were evaluated using gas production technique. In the glass vials used to measure gas production 30 mg of buffered rumen fluid (2:1 ratio of rumen fluid: buffer) poured in glass and cultured at 38.6 temperature. Volume and pressure of produced gas were measured with syringes and digital pressur...

effects of different fatty acid supplements on rumen fermentation parameters and microbial population in vitro condition
the aim of this study was to determine effects of different fatty acid profiles on rumen digestion coefficients, some of rumen metabolism parameters and rumen microbial populations. different oils were used as source of fatty acids such as, oleic, linoleic, linolenic, dha and epa. palmitic acid supplemented from a commercial product (bergafat t-300) containing high palmitic acid percentage. res...
